How we work in your home
- The published checklist for your service is the scope — nothing vague
- Access plans are agreed before the visit and followed exactly
- Pets, fragile items, and off-limits areas noted at booking are respected
- Problems get reported to you, not hidden
- Missed something? The re-clean policy applies: If anything was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean it at no charge.
