Adds the full detail scope: baseboards, buildup removal, vents, frames, and edges.
Move-in / move-out cleaning
Standard rate + $130
Empty-home detail clean — inside cabinets, closets, oven, and refrigerator included.
Airbnb / rental turnover
From $119 per turnover
Priced per listing after we see the unit and your staging standard.
Recurring plans
Discounts apply to the standard rate from your second visit on (most plans start with one deep cleaning so every later visit maintains the same baseline):
- Weekly: 20% off the standard rate
- Every two weeks: 15% off the standard rate
- Monthly: 10% off the standard rate

Supplies
We bring our own supplies and equipment at no extra charge. Prefer we use your products? Leave them out and tell us in the booking notes.
Worked examples (examples, not universal quotes)
- 1-bed, 1-bath apartment, one-time standard clean: $149.
- 2-bed, 1-bath, first deep clean then biweekly standard: $259 first visit, then $144 per visit.
- 3-bed, 2-bath move-out with inside-everything included: $349.
Condition matters: a home that hasn’t been professionally cleaned in a long time may need the deep-clean rate for the first visit. The quote flow makes this explicit before you book — the price you confirm is the price you pay.
The five things that set your price
1. Home size
Bedrooms and bathrooms are the base of every quote. More space, more time.
2. Service type
Standard upkeep, deep cleaning, moves, and turnovers each carry different scopes — and different rates.
3. Condition
A home cleaned recently takes less time than one that’s gone months. Quotes ask when the last professional cleaning happened for exactly this reason.
4. Frequency
Recurring plans are priced below one-time visits because upkeep takes less time. Discount rules are stated in your quote.
5. Add-ons
Inside oven, inside fridge, interior windows, laundry — each priced individually and chosen by you, never bundled silently.
Policies that affect your booking
- Satisfaction & re-clean
- If anything was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean it at no charge.
- Cancellation & rescheduling
- Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your visit. Within 24 hours — or if we can’t get in at the door — a $70 fee applies.
- Deposits & payment holds
- No deposit and no prepayment — your card holds the booking and is charged only after the cleaning is completed.
- Hours
- Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM

Pricing questions
Why don’t you just list one flat price?
Because a one-size price would be wrong for most homes. Your rate reflects size, condition, service type, and frequency. What we promise instead: you see your exact price before you confirm anything.
Does the first cleaning cost more?
A first visit is often a deep cleaning, which is priced differently from maintenance visits. The quote flow makes the difference explicit before you book.
Are supplies included?
The supplies and equipment policy is stated in the policy section on this page, and it’s reflected in your price — no surprise line items.
