The company

Services are provided by Cleaning Services Boston (“ Cleaning Services Boston”), a service-area business serving Boston and surrounding areas. Hours: Mon–Sat, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Scope of service

The scope of every cleaning is the published checklist on its service page, plus any add-ons you select at booking. Items listed as exclusions are not part of the service. If the home's condition differs materially from what was described at booking (for example, a first cleaning that requires deep-clean work), we will tell you and agree on any price change before starting — never after.

Pricing and payment

Prices follow the published rate card on the pricing page at the time of booking. No deposit and no prepayment — your card holds the booking and is charged only after the cleaning is completed. The price you confirm at booking is the price you are charged, unless a scope change is agreed with you first.

Cancellation, rescheduling, and access

Cancel or reschedule free up to 24 hours before your visit. Within 24 hours — or if we can’t get in at the door — a $70 fee applies. Please make sure the access plan you gave us (key, code, concierge, or someone home) works on the day of the visit.

Satisfaction and re-clean

If anything was missed, tell us within 24 hours and we’ll return to re-clean it at no charge. The re-clean covers the reported items from the original checklist scope; it is not a new full cleaning.

Damage and problems

Our team treats your home with care. If you believe something was damaged during a visit, report it within 24 hours with a photo and the owner will work with you directly to put it right. Please secure irreplaceable valuables and fragile heirlooms before the visit, and flag anything delicate in the booking notes.

Pets and safety

Tell us about pets at booking. We won't handle pets, and we may pause work in a room where an unsecured animal is anxious or unsafe. Our team does not move heavy furniture, climb beyond a step stool, or handle biohazards.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the version on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking.
